We are currently open by appointment only, during our normal hours of Tue-Thur 11-6, and Fri-Sat 10-6. Working by appointment allows us to manage the number of clients in the store at any given time, and give our clients plenty of space and comfort while they visit. It also allows us to be prepared for your visit and better optimize your experience. Facial coverings are no longer mandated but our staff will be wearing them. Additionally, our headphone listening room will remain temporarily closed.
Don’t let our appointment request discourage you. You’re really welcome to visit most any time. Just give us a ring at 214-360-9520 and let us know when you’d like to stop by. Or simply send us an e-mail letting us know your optimal time and any other information you can provide so we can plan for it. We’ll make sure there aren’t others coming at the same time for the same reason, and we’ll look for you and let you in when you visit.
If you’d rather maintain further social distancing, we are still continuing to:
- Offer curbside pickup at a convenient, designated time at our back door
- Ship it to you for free if we have it in stock;
- Or ask the manufacturer to drop ship it directly to you if we don’t have it in the store at this time. Many of our manufacturers are now set up to do this.
We realize that some products really need our setup expertise, and you may not be quite ready for us to visit inside your home. For networked music players like the Linn DSM and others, we can arrange a screen sharing session to help you configure these devices for setup and playback on your network. For speakers, we can give general placement advice with your data about your room, and then arrange a visit when you’re ready so we can fully exploit the potential performance.
